Privacy Policy

When you enquire. Our contact, tour-booking and pathway-finder forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, the programme you are interested in, and your child's age or grade. We only collect what the form shows.

When you have a portal account. Families and staff have accounts in our family portal. These hold your contact details, your children's names, grade and programme, class assignments, attendance records, any allergy or medical notes you choose to give us, authorised pickup contacts, and messages between you and our staff.

When you pay for a field trip. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the order and a receipt link. We never see or store your full card number; if you save a card, it is stored by Stripe, not by us.

When you visit the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and records pages visited, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Children do not create accounts and we do not collect information directly from them. Everything we hold about a child comes from their parent or guardian, or from our own staff records of attendance and participation. We use it only to run the programme your child is enrolled in.

We ask for photo consent per child and record your answer. If you decline, your child is not included in photographs used on this site, in newsletters or on social media. You can change your answer at any time by contacting the office.

To answer your enquiry and arrange a tour; to enrol and teach your child; to record attendance and communicate with you about your child's day; to take payment for optional field trips; to send you school news you have asked for; and to meet our obligations as a Step Up For Students direct provider.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share only with the services that make the school run: our database and sign-in provider, Stripe (payments), Brightwheel (applications), Google Analytics (site usage), and our email provider for messages you have asked to receive. Where the law requires it, or where a child's safety is at risk, we may share information with the relevant authority.

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after. Student and family records are kept while your child is enrolled and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them. You can ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.

You can ask to see what we hold about you or your child, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, withdraw photo consent, or unsubscribe from school news. Email us and we will respond.

Accounts are password-protected and family records are restricted so that each family sees only their own. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
